Who Qualifies for Stocks?

Except for those purchased directly, these awards are subject to a 3-year vesting period. Any recruited agents must be in good standing with the brokerage, and both the sponsor and sponsored agent must be active at the time of vesting. All participants in the plan will be subject to and should fully understand the terms and conditions set forth by management in the company's formal Stockholder Agreement.
